You will receive a pdf written report with photos within 5 working days of the survey.
We do our best to make the report sufficiently detailed but easy to understand.
You will receive a telephone call from the Surveyor a few days after receiving the report to discuss anything in the report.
The survey report also includes advice about maintaining the property.
Prices from £350 plus VAT
The report has a section for each element of the property such as roof, windows, floors etc.
The Surveyor will give each element of the property a condition rating.
Condition Ratings
You can have a Valuation with a Home Survey if you wish.
This could give you the means to negotiate a reduction in the agreed price of the house if significant works are required. From £45 plus VAT when you book a Home Survey.
Private valuation prices from £200 plus VAT
RICS registered Valuers are professionally trained in the process of ascertaining the market value of a property.
If you bought your home under a Help to Buy Scheme, You will need a valuation from a RICS accredited surveyor if you want to:
· Repay your help-to-buy share
· Re-mortgage out of your help-to-buy
· Increase your share of the ownership
· Move to a new house
