Fran has worked in property development, property management and lettings for over 20 years, with much of her experience being hands-on.
Fran is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having graduated via the SAVA scheme in 2020. Fran is an RICS Registered Valuer. Fran has worked for small and national surveying firms.
Fran has undertaken hundreds of mortgage valuations and home surveys of flats and houses across Greater Manchester. She has also mentored several trainee surveyors.
Fran is also a member of the Residential Surveyors Property Association.

making the final shortlist of three.
Fran previously worked for SDL Surveying, and continues to work within the SDL network of surveyors undertaking mortgage valuations in Greater Manchester.

Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will make.
A Home Survey can identify potentially costly defects before you commit to buying the property.
If you are purchasing with a mortgage, then the property may be inspected by an RICS Surveyor on behalf of the mortgage company. This is not a Survey. This is a mortgage valuation report for the mortgage lender only. Increasingly the surveyor carrying out the mortgage valuation does not visit the property - this is a "desktop" valuation.
